Abstract

The electron transfer reaction of redox proteins faciliated by dye medifiedelectrede was reviewed in this paper. The medification metheds and the properties of dye modifiedelectrede were discussed. Several different studying metheds, such as voltammetry, flow analysis andspectroelectrochemical methed, were reviewed.Areversible electrocatalytic reaction mechanism wasproposed and verified by comparing the digital calculation results with the experimental results.47references were cited.
