Abstract

Three electrochemical methods, cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry and open-circuit potential had been used to study the dynamic process of the ITO (indium-tin oxide) conducting glass supported BLM (ITO/s-BLM) system. The results showed that the self-organization process of the membrane could be simply, visually and feasibly reflected by the three methods. Furthermore, the membrane voltage of the ITO/s-BLM system was about 0.1V when measured by open-circuit potential.
