The equipment is self-designed and assembled for a high voltage electrostatic atomization experiment.Under the same environment, atomization process for the three different liquid dielectrics of kerosene, emulsifier and alcohol are studied in high voltage electrostatic field. It is shown that the effect of electrostatic atomization will be better as the surface tension and viscous force of liquid dielectrics is lower, whereas the conductivity is larger.Kerosene, emulsifier and alcohol can get the optimal atomization result at 40kV,10kV and 25kV respectively.
