Abstract
As-grown BDD surfaces were first functionalized by photochemically linking vinyl groups of allylamine, producing covalently linked amine-terminated active BDD surfaces. Then the tyrosinase was immobilized onto the BDD surface through peptide linking.Cyclic voltammograms of phenol, pcresol and hydroquinone were measured using the tyrosinase-modified BDD electrode and amperometric characteristics such as sensitivity, linear response range and stability were studied.
