Abstract
The anode coatings of Ru-Ti-Ir-Sn oxide with various Sn contents were prepared by thermal decomposition and characterized by the scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray detector(EDX),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the potential of chlorine evolution, current efficiency, cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results tests showed that there was a great change in the morphology of the coatings after adding Sn element. The addition of Sn not only reduced the potential of chlorine evolution, but also effectively improved the current efficiency of the anode coatings.
