Abstract
The morphology of Pb-Sn alloy thin-layer electrodeposition was studied.Experimental results showed that the morphology of deposit could vary as the concentration of Pb2+、 Sn2+ two kind metallic ion to be changed. The patterns of product appeared the dendritic, ramification, dense branch, fractal, and homogeneous structure and their morphological evolution was caused by the change in anisotropy of crystal growth and different stage of electrodeposits.
