Abstract
The transport properties and the reaction mechanism of Zn2+ in the cathode material of Zn/V2O5 secondary battery with aqueous medium were studied by use of intermittent titration experiments and X-Ray diffraction analysis. The relations of some kinetic parameters to the discharge depth were discussed. The results of the experiments show that the cathodic discharge reaction is an intercalation process.
