Photoelectrochemistry of La~(3+) Doped Semiconductor Porous Films Sensitized by Ru(bpy)_2(NCS)_2 Dye
Abstract
The La 3+ _doped TiO 2 nanoparticles were prepared with hydrothermal method.The photoelectrochemical properties of La 3+ _doped TiO 2 nanoporous_film electrode sensitized by Ru(bpy) 2(NCS) 2 were studied.The conversion efficiency of light to electricity and the energy conversion efficiencies were ineased with the depth of La 3+ _doped TiO 2 nanoporous_film electrode.
