Abstract
ZnO nanoparticle films were prepared on the Au film, PANI film and ITO by sol-gel method, and their morphological optical and photoelectrochemical properties were also studied. The results showed that the porous structure of PANI can suppress the aggregation of ZnO particles, resulting in the blue shift of on-set in the UV-Vis spectra and fluorescence spectra of ZnO-PANI composite film compared with that of ZnO-Au film. It was suggested that the ZnO-PANI composite film can be used in photoelectric coversion.
